Psycho-Educational / ADHD Assessment  

ADHD is an incredibly impactful condition that is often misunderstood by others. ADHD can feel like you're working twice as hard to get half as far as others. Unfortunately, all too often our society sends the message that those with ADHD are "lazy underachievers" who are "faking it" and simply need to "work harder."

This societal message couldn't be further from the truth! ADHD is a neurological condition that alters your ability to maintain focus, stay organized, and shut out all the "extra noise" in your environment.  

Common signs of ADHD include: 

  • Difficulty focusing 
  • Short attention span
  • Procrastination and forgetfulness
  • Disorganization, messiness, or frequently misplacing belongings 
  • Boredom 
  • Difficulty staying engaged in conversation
  • Impulsivity or hyperactivity
  • Self-criticism and a poor view of yourself and what you can accomplish


Your brain shouldn't feel like a mystery to you. You deserve to know how to make it function in your favor.


If you believe you may have ADHD, a learning disorder, or any cognitive impairment, a cognitive assessment is critical to unlocking the keys you'll need to maximize your true cognitive potential. Once we've accurately identified your symptoms and their impact, we can work together to identify your best course of treatment, whether that includes ADHD coaching, medication, and/or accommodation (in school or on the ACT, SAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, etc.).

I'm an ADD/ADHD specialist who completed a fellowship in cognitive disabilities at the University of Illinois and later trained PhD students at the University of Texas at Dallas on ADHD assessment and treatment. ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is a collaborative, active, and goal-oriented process. We'll work to identify your current ADHD-related struggles and I'll coach you in developing the self-awarenessskills, and strategies you can use to help conquer your ADHD. ADHD coaching can be brief and intensive in duration, or we can meet monthly in order to address the ongoing challenges that may arise in life and work.  ADHD coaching is often covered by your insurance, and can take place either in my office or online
